Damon Gilmore is the Broker of Record for Houston Properties Group and is well versed in commercial and residential real estate, land acquisitions, investment analysis, buyer/tenant representation, asset liquidation, and property management. He shares a history of successfully completed real estate transactions ranging from single family home listings, single family home sales, unimproved lot sales, and apartment locating.

Damon's accreditations include Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Dallas Preservation Advanced Historic Home Specialist, Mortgage Real Estate Professional (MREP), and is currently working towards his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) certification.

Damon has completed numerous transactions in the Greater Houston and Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex areas. Recently managing over 5 billion dollars in real estate backed assets in the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex, Damon is accustomed to large scale real estate projects/transactions and working with builders and developers. KB Home was one of Damon's largest clients while working in the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex.

Damon is fluent in English and Spanish and welcomes assisting clientele of both populations with their real estate needs.
